75% refund or full credit toward a future booking.

50% refund or full credit toward a future booking.

EVENT CANCELLATIONS
If an event is canceled by the venue or performer, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days. For rescheduled events, we will help you obtain tickets for the new date or arrange a full refund if you cannot attend.
